1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to the website of the Internet Resource lu4.org located at https://lu4.org/, and to all relevant websites linked to on the website https://lu4.org/.
1.2. This Agreement regulates the relations between the Administration of the Internet resource website "https://mw2.global/" (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) and the User of this Site represented by NOVAPAY LLC.
1.3. The Site administration reserves the right to change, supplement or delete the provisions of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.

8.1. The parties must attempt a voluntary settlement before going to court.
8.2. The recipient of the claim must respond within 30 calendar days.
8.3. If not settled, disputes must be referred to mandatory arbitration in accordance with the Delaware arbitration laws.
8.4. Claims must be filed within the applicable statute of limitations.
9.1. The Site Administration does not accept counter-offers from Users regarding changes to this Agreement.
9.2. User reviews and feedback are not confidential and can be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.
